SOLD - Built in 1828, this traditional Savoyard farmhouse is located on the edge of the local forest and is surrounded by mountain pastures. From the farm, the view is truly breath-taking across the valley, taking in the chains of the Aravis and the Fiz, and its South-westerly exposure ensures superb levels of sunshine. With a footprint of about 170 m², it is made up on the lower level of 4 rooms, a bathroom and a toilet. The same level also includes a cellar and the old stable. At the upper level, the hayloft is untouched in its entirevolume and offers substantial possibilities. The tarred municipal road provides access to a car park 200 meters downhill from the farm, which is accessible by 4x4 in summer, and on foot or with a suitable vehicle in winter (for the last 200 meters).
